Water Sector Capacity Building and Advisory Services Project (WCAP)
Protect Management and Policy Implementation Unit (PMPIU)
The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water Sector Capacity Building and Advisory Service Protect (WCAP). The PMPIU at the Ministry of Water and Power is the principal Implementing agency of the WCAP. PMPIU intends to apply part of the proceeds for following consulting services for which the selection criteria is as under:
Qualification: M.S in Computer Science from an HEC recognized local or foreign institution. Advanced certification from relevant organization/institution would be an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience on Windows server 2012, advance Windows troubleshooting skills. Server machines knowledge and experience of installation & configuration, and storage management (SAN). Excellent knowledge of OS patches, upgrades, administrative tools. Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications. Network knowledge & implementation experience. Good communication skills.
Procurement will be completed following the ‘Selection of Individuals’ method in accordance with Section V of World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.
