‘Senior Human Resource Development Specialist‘
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution with at least 7 years of relevant experience with reputable organizations. Higher and foreign qualification will be preferred.
– Developing and implementing HR strategies for effectively achieving company’s vision.
– Assessing of HR needs for long term company’s growth as well as short term projects planning and execution
– Effectively leading HR team as human resource planning and operations including hiring, managing and inspiring employees.
– Implementing existing HR policies in an effective and transparent manner
– Developing and implementing performance management mechanism.
– finding creative ways to improve functional competencies of the employees including career development program.
