– Work on employee engagement and retention planning.
– Carry out manpower planning and effective recruitment.
– Collate training needs and drive the training process.
Qualification: MBA / Masters in HR from a reputable university.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Salary & other benefits commensurate to the qualification & experience will be offered.
