Human Resource Recruiter (Manager Recruitment):
The candidate will be responsible to Identify, screen, qualify, present, hire and maintain candidates for travel contracts. Have to get the candidate’s phone interviews and contracts. Look for travel opportunities nationwide, as well as competitive compensation packages. Maintain regular contact and consistent follow up with prospective travelers. Obtain necessary documentation/ information from travelers; references, pre-employment documents. Handle prospective therapist and current therapist questions with care. Maintain updated traveler database, following company guidelines for system documentation. Able to upload jobs, on previous job portals.
Qualification & Experience:
Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills. Must have a College/graduate level degree (MBA or HR degree preferred). Preference will be given to individuals with a recruiting or sales background and willing to train the right candidates. Capable of making 100 + calls as depend and on time daily.
