An International Drilling Company require services of the following staff in Pakistan Office.
General Manager (Operations):
Job Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with extensive experience in Boring/Drilling works. Masters in Geology will be an added advantage. A minimum of 10 years experience with at least 3 years in a similar position.
Job Summary: This role has responsibilities for overseeing the operations of the division, coordinate and implement projects whilst ensuring effective quality HSE standards, ensure appropriate availability of manpower/material resources, effectively plan, communicate and coordinate with team members.
Job Requirements: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with extensive experience in Boring/Drilling works. A minimum of 5 years experience.
Job Summary: This role has responsibilities of implementation of projects whilst ensuring effective quality HSE standards, effectively plan, communicate and coordinate with team members. The successful applicant will be expected to travel extensively at various sites.
Chief Financial Officer:
Job Requirements: Chartered Accountant qualified from a reputable CA Firm preferably Big Four. Minimum 10 years experience of managing and maintaining all aspects of accounting.
Job Summary: This role has responsibilities of preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, financial analysis: preparing various reconciliations and getting internal / external audits conducted, Thorough knowledge of all aspects of accounting process including preparing all kinds of journal entries and supervising all aspects of finance department independently. Well versed with application of IFRS/IAS, Regulatory experience and other corporate laws.
Head of Human Resources (HR):
Job Requirements: The incumbent should be an MBA having at least 7 to 10 Years experience in similar position in reputable national or foreign company.

To select and place them on the basis of “Right person for the right job” To arrange and develop an appropriate Salary and Benefits structure, competitive with the market resulting in a satisfied and motivated workforce and also having a clear road map of their personal growth. Develop HR policies to help the management form a team of people who can drive the organization towards the targets and goals set for growth. To provide timely guidance to the management in respect of development taking place in HR department and practices.
